Refund policy

RETURNS

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them in, and with all the original tags attached.

To begin your return, please email us at pragerushop@prageru.com. If your request is made within the allowable timeframe, we will issue you a shipping label to use for your return. Once your return is received by us, processing of your return and issuing of the refund may take up to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed. We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We will accept requests for exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the condition you received them in, and with all the original tags attached.

To begin your exchange, please email us at pragerushop@prageru.com. If your request is made within the allowable timeframe, we will issue you a shipping label to use to return your item back to us. Once your item(s) is received, we will process the exchange. Exchanges may take up to 7 business days to process, plus standard order processing time of the new item, which may take up to 14 business days to ship.
