First off, this book is so CUTE! I love how engaging and colorful the art is, especially for a topic that honestly could be boring for kids. This book teaches about 3 American values — Liberty, E Pluribus Unum, and In God We Trust, which I honestly did not know much about either. So I even learned something when reading to the kiddos! I love the addition of the glossary terms, so kids can still be learning while enjoying this fiction story. Love it!

It's a very cute book I will buy others

This book teaches the historical origins and ‘importance’ of The American Trinity in a cute and simple story with well defined art. In my opinion, this is a valuable buy to teach your kids about freedom.

Our family loves to support books that provide us information about our history and expand/share the importance of cherishing our values and beliefs we respect and hold dear as good members of our communities/countries. We cannot distance ourselves from what we should hold most important in our society. Honor, respect, education, hard work, responsibilities and kindness toward each other. It moves mountains and creates greatness amongst us. I know my children will be a blessing to others around them. It matters. We are a free country that has continued to blaze many paths in creativity, design, invention and exploration. Isn’t that worth fighting for?

It expressed the good things to be proud of in our country

Another great book from PragerU. On a recent fireside chat Dennis spoke about the failure to impart to our kids the importance of our country, and our faith- really a failure to pass on critical values. This book does a great job of showing why these things matter, and helps to effectively convey why they are unique. Our country is such a precious gift from God, and teaching the next generation that is critical to save it. After reading the story, I sat down with my kids and grabbed a handful of pennies, nickels, and quarters so we could find the American trinity- liberty, God, and E pluribus Unum. It was powerful to see my sons and daughters get it. Thank you PragerU.
